This independent Centon M-1TR Electronic Power Winder (auto winder) gives automatic film winding on all Minolta XG-series and X-series 35mm manual focus SLR cameras, plus the Centon DF-300 and others (see the full list in the Compatibility section below). More advanced features are also available on selected models (see below).

This winder provides continuous film winding at up to 2 frames per second, depending on the shutter speed. This is ideal for fast moving subjects such as sports, children and even portraits where you want to take another picture quickly as the subject changes expression. It also means you don't need to take the camera away from your eye to wind on - especially useful for people who use their left eye for viewing.

Built-in tripod socket, and rewind button so film can be rewound manually without removing the winder. Powered by 4x standard AA batteries (supplied), including disposable alkaline or rechargeable NiCd or NiMH types. Compact and lightweight - adds only around 36mm (1.5 inches) to the camera's height, and a mere 180g to the weight (without batteries).

Advanced features for XG-M, X-series and Centon cameras only
Choice of single shot or continuous winding modes. Built-in interval timer can be set to automatically give delays of 5, 30 and 60 seconds or 5 minutes between shots (XG-M and X-series cameras only). This is great for time-lapse photography, where the camera can take pictures for up to three hours unattended (a locking cable release or remote cable is required - NOT included). A remote control socket is provided for an electrical cable (NOT included) with standard 2.5mm connection. This is ideal for wildlife photography, where the camera can be concealed and released from afar. The remote control socket and single/continuous modes aren't available on Minolta's own Winder G (only the faster Motor Drive 1), and neither the Minolta Winder G or Motor Drive 1 has a built-in timer.

An excellent winder for Minolta X, XG and Centon users!

Condition: Excellent++ (8/10)
The winder is in fully working order and good condition. Cosmetically it shows just the usual signs of use (but not abuse), including some scratches and scrapes here and there - mainly on the base - and the leatherette covering is peeling slightly. The battery contacts are clean with no sign of corrosion, and the instructions are a copy, but legible.

No cracks, splits or deep scratches, and overall it's in nice shape!

Compatibility
This winder fits all Minolta XG and X-series 35mm manual focus SLR cameras including the XG1, XG-1, XG2 (XG7, XG-E), XG-A (X-7), XG-M (X-70), XG9 (XG-S), X-9, X-300 (X-370), X-300s (X-370N), X-500 (X-570), X-600 and X-700. It will fit any Minolta camera that accepts the Minolta Winder G or Motor Drive 1, and also fits the Centon DF-300 and some other similar Seagull and Soligor SLR cameras with Minolta lens mount. Some features only work on selected cameras (see above).

It does NOT fit the Minolta XD cameras (which require the Minolta Winder D), AF or digital models, Konica Minolta, Sony or any other cameras.
