This is an original Tokina BH722 lens hood, to fit the Tokina AF 35-300mm f/4.5-6.7 SD zoom lens for 35mm and digital SLR cameras.  It's new (old stock) and boxed.

A lens hood provides shading for the front element of your lens, excluding extraneous light which can cause unwanted reflections, flare and loss of contrast. For the best results, a hood designed for the correct angle of view should be used.

The hood is lightweight at only around 16g, and made from a plastic material with a matt black finish inside. It measures around 30mm (1.2 inches) long and 95mm (3.7 inches) in diameter, fits onto a special bayonet mount on the front of the lens, and can be reversed for storage.

This hood fits the Tokina AF 35-300mm f/4.5-6.7 SD zoom lens (model AF353).

As far as we can determine it's not suitable for any other Tokina lenses, and certainly won't fit any other makes.
