Terms and Conditions 14 day money back guarantee A full refund of the original purchase price will be given within 14 days of receipt if the functionality or condition of an item are not as described, once it has been returned. EU buyers can cancel the order and return items (as supplied and at their own expense) within this period for any reason in accordance with Distance Selling regulations. Consumable items such as film and batteries must be returned unopened. Please contact us for further instructions before returning any item. Three month warranty If a fault develops (not caused by accidental or other damage) with the item within 3 months of receipt (12 months for new products), you can return it. Once the item is received and the fault confirmed we will offer the choice of a replacement (if available), credit against other items or a full refund of the original purchase price.
