This is an original Tokina SH-621 lens hood, to fit the Tokina AT-X 35-200mm f/3.5-4.5 manual focus zoom lens (and possibly some others - see below). It's in excellent condition, and boxed.

A lens hood provides shading for the front element of your lens, excluding extraneous light which can cause unwanted reflections, flare and loss of contrast. For the best results, a hood designed for the correct angle of view should be used.

The hood is lightweight at under 20g, and made from plastic with a matt black finish inside. It measures around 20mm (0.75 inches) long and 85mm (3.5 inches) in diameter, clips onto a special mount on the front of the lens, and can be reversed for storage.

The hood is in very nice condition with only normal signs of use and no damage. The box is showing signs of age but complete, and the Tokina plastic bag is included.

Compatibility
This hood is designed for the Tokina AT-X 35-200mm f/3.5-4.5 manual focus zoom lens. Some reports state that it also fits some other Tokina lenses of similar focal lengths with 62mm filter thread and a mounting groove around the front of the barrel.

Not suitable for any other makes of lens.
