How to contact us
Our web site should be operational and able to accept orders at any time, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent by our systems automatically once you've placed your order. If you need to contact us our normal business hours are 10:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (but not usually weekends or public holidays) and you can expect a quick response during these times. We may be able to reply to electronic communications out of office hours, but this can't be guaranteed and response times may be longer than normal.
Please provide as much contact information as possible (the items marked with a * below are required), and if you're enquiring about a particular product or order, including details of those will help us provide a faster and more helpful response. You'll need to follow the instructions in the ReCaptcha box to prove you're a human being and not an automated spam program. We'll get back to you as soon as we can!

We prefer electronic communication as it gives both parties a permanent record of all correspondence, but you can phone us or write to us if required. Calls to our customer service phone number below will be charged at local rate from BT landlines in the UK (0845 numbers are included on some BT inclusive calling plans). Rates from mobile phones and other operators may vary, and 0845 calls may not be eligible for inclusive calling plans and other discount rates. A geographic number is also available to comply with the Consumer Rights Directive. To help prevent marketing and other nuisance callers our phone system rejects calls where the number is withheld. A message service may occasionally be in operation - please leave your name, phone number, e-mail address and any relevant information as above. For your security we do not currently accept credit or debit card details over the phone. Please note that we are strictly a mail order business so the address below is for administrative contact only, and we regret that we cannot accommodate personal callers at this or any other location.
